Jeff Borchardt advising illegal activity again?

Boofheads very subtle when it comes to encouraging less then moral and/or outright illegal activities , we all remember the whole"Anti - freeze" saga, then there was the 12 year old girl and peanut butter affair.

Combining his current behavior as well as his past criminal history a number of things are extremely clear, he's no Public Safety Advocate, he's no dog expert and he's a lousy parent when it comes to babby-sitter selection. (let's hope he makes better choices with the new bub, RIP Dax)
