  Cindy Lorenz I wouldn't let my best trained Heeler (who has obedience titles) around a baby! Not even my sweet old Coonhound was allowed around babies, even tho she often played with children. When you first adopt a dog from a shelter, you don't know what you are getting!

  Nancy Perdue Jackasses really babies & dogs don't make a good combination. Especially a breed that was orignally intended for blood sports, which makes it all the more risky. I certainly wouldn't trust my Papillon around babies or older children even though Papillons are small lap dogs.

  Al Lewis Melody, if this baby belongs to someone you know, talk to them. If they don't listen, report it to CPS via registered letter. Let CPS know that this is dangerous and if anything SHOULD happen later, they will be criminally responsible as they have been advised. At the minimum it will initiate a house visit and lets the mom know people are concerned. And pray...

  Valerie Webber LOL! Do they realize how nutty they sound by believing that people not only bred, but actually allow, a dog fighting breed to "babysit" children? I don't care where you live, if you leave a young child alone with a dog as a babysitter, expect to lose your parental rights.
